ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL

 

1. Application form for admission to the school should be made in the prescribed form issued by the school. Parents /Guardian should fill in the forms accurately and submit it to the school at the time of admission. No change in the name, date of birth etc will be possible later.

 

2. Pupil must be introduced personally by the parents or guardians who will be responsible for their regularity of attendance and fees.

 

3. Birth certificate should be certified by the proper authority.

 

4. Interview of the student with the Principal / H.M is necessary for a new admission.

 

5. No students shall be admitted to the school without the transfer certificate from the school last attended. For those who come from other states it should be counter signed by the educational officer. 

 

6. Admission fees, annual fees and tuition fees for the month of January must be paid at the time of admission.

 

7. School leaving certificate / T.C will be issued only to those who have cleared their dues. Parents / Guardian must apply in writing for school leaving certificate / Transfer certificate to the H.M / Principal. The application must be submitted at least one day in advance.
