1. There will be two major exams and two-unit test. Apart from these, there will be continuous evaluation at every step of teaching through test and projects work as prescribed by the Board. Progress reports / answer paper will be sent to the parents / guardians to be acknowledge by them. The exam held in December will be considered as the promotion examination. Promotion will be decided based on the entire performance of the pupil during the academic session.
2. Termly examinations and unit tests are compulsory for all the students. There will be no
re-examinations.
3. A student who has not got at least 80% attendance will not be allowed to sit for the promotion examination.
4. No student will be allowed to sit for examination without admit card. Admit cards are issued before every external examination only to those who have cleared the fees up-to the current month.
5. Pupils found with books, notes, copying or using unfair means at the examination will forfeit their marks and will be considered as having failed and may incur expulsion from the school.
6. For grave reasons, pupils who are absent for any of the external examinations have to submit a Medical Certificate.
7. The results declared after final examinations are final and cannot be reconsidered.
